Service-based engagements

For project-based or consulting work, cancellation requests submitted before any deliverable work has begun are eligible for a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation. No refund is issued for fully delivered or completed milestones.

Monthly retainers

Retainer agreements may be cancelled at any time with 14 days written notice. The current billing period is non-refundable once it has started. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — no partial-month refunds are issued.

Digital products and one-time purchases

Due to the nature of digital deliverables (reports, automation setups, software configurations, templates), all sales are final once the product or access has been delivered. If you experience a defect or the product does not match what was described at the time of purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

Dispute resolution

We are committed to fair outcomes. If you are unsatisfied with a service or outcome, contact us at xpertserviz@gmail.com before initiating any payment dispute. We will respond within 2 business days and work toward a mutually agreeable resolution.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Send a written request to xpertserviz@gmail.com with your name, project or order reference, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
